  Barcelona 2004  

The Secretaries General of the organizations representative of the Three Linguistic Areas have met in Barcelona on August 22-23rd. On this occasion, they have opened the first local event of the Permanent Forum on cultural pluralism that took place within Barcelona 2004 - Universal Forum of cultures.
